"Cdl drivers stay away from this location for a dot physical because the examiner only look out for themselves. They unprofessional assume that medical issues went you don't. Drivers look at Google to see which other examiner have better ratings. Very, bad customer service at this location."

"I only went for a pre-employment drug screen. The facility was clean & professional. I would of given 5 stars but the wait time was rather long, an hour at least. I've usually been in & out in minutes for the same screen. They did warn me though, so I wasn't surprised."

"To my knowledge, this is a walk in clinic for employee exams. The staff are friendly and helpful. My drug test didnt take to long (wait time wise) HOWEVER, having needed a physical the following day, it took about an hour in the waiting room. Other than that, everything else was superb."
