"My visit with Dr. V was great! However, my prior visit to get lab work done was absolutely horrible! There was only one nurse working. They were short staffed due to someone calling in. The poor nurse was nervous, over whelmed, flustered and was not able to complete the labs. The office being open on the weekend and after business hours is the main reason I have chosen to go to Village Medical. If the office is not fully properly staffed then it complete defeats the purpose of a convenient location after business hours. It was brought to my attention the office manager was aware of the nurse being alone and of the situation and she did nothing. A true leader would have gone in to assist her employee. But she was left alone to fend for herself! Which in turn caused horrible service to the patients. The nurse did her best and she was at no fault. Mgmt needs to do better for their employees! Give your employees all the tools to do their job and have the proper staff; in turn your employees will provide the stellar service they should be giving."
