"Doctor Jacqueline Mauer was really caring and I appreciate the time she took to explain my symptoms to me. Front desk staff was really respectful and attentive."
"Horrible experience. I went in with left shoulder and arm pain. Thinking I am having a heart attack or something because I have high blood pressure and hadn’t been feeling good for a couple days. I don’t have insurance so they said they were gonna charge me $130. I paid and when I get to see the NP she seemed bothered that I was even there. She basically told me there was nothing they could do for me cause they couldn’t take blood or anything. I was telling her how I had been feeling and I asked if she good do and EKG or something to check my heart and she was like unless your having a heart attack at this moment the EKG wouldn’t show anything. I just felt like they knew what they could treat and not treat so why did they not just tell me to go to a hospital and not charge me. They are just an overrated primary care facility. My own primary doctor would have done more for me than this place did. If you have a true urgent matter go somewhere else. They will not help you here but they sure will take your money."
"Great urgent care. Entire facility is clean. Everyone from the front desk, nurse, and Dr were extremely friendly and patient. Check in is simple and done on your phone. We had no wait time. My son's cut was taken care of fabulously and stitches were done great by Dr Adams"
"The process for checking in simple and prompt, front desk receptionist very courteous. Went in for consult and the assistant was nice, fast and to the point. Now, the nurse practitioner Stacy was fast at talking and after she gave me indications on what proceeded I had to almost cut in to try and get a word to ask her a couple questions. She called 2 days after to check up on me and provide results. Man, it’s almost as if I was speaking to speedy Gonzales here. She almost hung up on me after giving me the information until I repeatedly said “ma’am” she stopped, listened for 2 seconds, answered and proceeded to hang up. This is attention we are getting from professionals when we pay for these services. The least they can do is act that way and provide us with their undivided attention."
"There seems to be a reoccurring theme with one of the NPs working there. It seems as if she may be experiencing burnout or no longer likes her job. I prefer to refrain from writing such reviews but my experience there is something I need to share. I went for a follow up on something she has been treating me for. The receptionist, a very nice young lady, wrote my name down on a notepad and took it to the back to ask the NP about me. Once the NP remembered who I was, (not knowing how loud she was speaking) she sneered back at the receptionist asking her how many times was I going to continue to come back for this. She continued saying if it had not gotten any worse there was no reason for her to see me and clearly expressed her feelings about how she did not want to get paid for "just a follow-up." Little did she know I had drained the infection and now had a hole in my arm that needed to get packed. After hearing her belittle the rest of my situation to the receptionist, the receptionist came back and asked if my infection had gotten any worse. I acted as if I didn't just finish hear every word the NP just said and played it off as if I was the fool for coming. I left in absolute disgust without being cared for. This is my neighborhood urgent care and it is appalling to have experienced this. Now, I would much rather waste the extra gas to go somewhere else where the providers are happy to care rather than being there for their title and paycheck. One thing we must never forget is we all put our pants on one leg at a time."
