"A single star is not worth it in this case, I go get lab work done ordered by a Neurologist. I get it done and called right back to let me know it was done wrong. Well the 5th grader taking the blood work tells me what the Neurologist told me was wrong. Now asking me to come back and get it redone because of their mistake. Not to mention while admitted in the UMC hospital six months ago my active Hepatitus C test came back active. I was not told this til six months later. Not only will my wrath be unleashed against the unprofessionals of a health care establishment, a lawyers wrath will not be fun either. Between myself, family and lawyers my name will never be forgotten in this establishment. Enjoy your day. BTW, I never had hep C to begin with. It's possible that was someone else's result and they still don't know."

"Sitting for labs for over a hour already! Everyone sitting close to each other. Coughing and sneezing. Someone needs to get a grip of the situation over in the labs sector. They have 1 person doing all the work here, very ridiculous"

"I had an appointment the Wednesday before thanksgiving 2020. I have upper respiratory issues and I have had a negative COVID Test 3 weeks prior to this f2f medical appointment. Dr. Carter would not even come into the room and access me she sent the nurse in to tell me I could continue appointment virtually. How is the doctor going to hear my chest, lungs or breathing virtually. The doctors are provided with protective gear like an astronaut suit so I don’t understand why the doctor would not enter the room or even order a nebulizer or any tests with their facility. Nothing was done and the clinic took my copay before the visit. Texas Tech has not even refunded my copay of $20. I know we are in a Pandemic but doctors/nurses could be more courteous as much as being cautious. SMH"

"I'm giving them a 1 star because there's not an option for no stars. I was just in there for an appointment at 10:15, I arrived about half an hour early. I was taken to the exam room at 10:20. I spent an hour waiting until I asked my husband to ask a nurse if something was the matter considering we had been waiting PATIENTLY that whole time. The nurse informed my husband that the doctor was with another patient and they didn't know how long it would take if we wanted to wait. I walked out of the office without being seen at 11:30"

"My experiences have always been excellent. Less waiting time, much more professional front desk staff than the private physician I previously saw. Excellent medical staff very attentive to my concerns."
