I'VE EVER HAD TO CALL VERY RUDE THE FRONT DESK WOMEN YELLING NOT LETTING ME STATE IN ANY WORD IN HUNG UP ON ME 4 TIMES PICKS UP THE PHONE THEN LETS IT SIT WHILE ONE IS SAYING "HELLO ... HELLO" THEN HANGS UP AND IF YOU TRY CALLING BACK SHE GETS MAD. AND I AM CALLING FROM A HEALTH CARE CENTER I CAN ONLY IMAGAINE THE OLDER PATIENTS THAT NEED HELP. WOST ENCOUNTER."

"WARNING! This place will charge you a bill (medical billing fraud, my opinion) without you even being aware or present. And they will classify it as a phone visit, even if it NEVER happened. Horrible place (my opinion), this place will be reported to BBB and legal services are being looked into. So everyone please BEWARE and stay vigilant."

"I wish I would have read the reviews. This place is a scam and so unprofessional. You try to think the best of people especially in this industry. But takes an hour to be seen for simple as a physical to later find out that the doctor isn’t even in the office and will just “talking to them on the phone” for 2 min when it’s just the nurse calling the dr on the phone she didn’t finish the physical in the first visit and told me to come back for a ekg which takes 3 min atmost. Came back for the 2nd visit foolishly the doctor was just coming in when I was waiting and saw her for 2 min then yells at the nurse this lady needs to come back and get a orders for chess X-ray no real reason. By the time I was leaving the doctor was walking out the door while the nurse gave a $300 bill. DO NOT COME HERE! IT IS SCAM. Felt bad for the nurse one single nurse handling all these patients but she had to be part of it. Worst experience!"

"They didnt understand anything I was saying, long wait for no reason, communication is horrible, doctor is barely in the office and will gaslight you to get labs and urine tests with her and if you refuse it she will imply you may have diabetes. They incorrectly Informed me on the insurance they take so now im stuck with the bill when I could have gone to a better clinic that accepts my insurance. Waste of time. Waste of money. Waste. They also wont call you back or respond to any of your messages."

"She mainly does “tele health” and that means that she calls her assistant on the phone (not even a face time call) and discusses your health needs that way. She also speaks over you (rather aggressively and the nurse/assistant can confirm) and doesn’t listen to what you are there to see a doctor for. She also orders unnecessary labs and exams, so if you are uninsured expect to come out with a 1K + surprise bill from the stuff she orders… lab work and exams that other doctors wouldn’t order, because they aren’t what you are there for. Also, her system was down, so I had to wait longer than 24 hours to get my prescription refilled. She is rude, doesn’t listen to your needs, and doesn’t provide adequate care as you pay over 100 dollars to speak with her over the phone for 1-2 minutes. Not to mention, she isn’t even there to do a proper health assessment on you (use of stethoscope and a visual assessment) as most primary care doctors do."
