"Veterans if you’re scheduled for a c&p exam here PLEASE do yourself a favor and ask the VA for a different location. They do not go through the DBQ’s fully, they lie on your paperwork, they do not perform the full range of motion exams. I will be reporting them to the VA and hopefully none of you will be cheated out of compensation because of their sloppy work. It is actually insane some of the things they lied about on my DBQ. They should not be allowed to do any c&p exams."
"I have been sent to this clinic once for a C&P exam by the VA, and after reading the reviews, my expectations were very low. Fortunately, to my surprise, I'm glad I decided to go with an open mind. From the very beginning, the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. There were no delays, and the visit was conducted in a very timely manner. As for the exam itself, the personnel was thorough, and at no point did I feel rushed. The medical staff took he time to answer my questions and, more importantly, write down everything I had to say regarding the conditions being examined. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great service and a friendly professional staff."
"I've been here twice, once in 2023, shortly before retiring from the military, and again earlier this year. My primary complaint is the same from both experiences. If you are scheduled to conduct a C&P exam at this facility, I highly recommend you contact the company scheduling your exams and request a different location. You can do that. You have the right. The examiner rushes through the exam (it happened both times for me). The examiner must thoroughly review the DBQ with you (it didn't happen with me both times). The examiner is, quite frankly, rude to be working with veterans who are dealing with disabilities. If enough Veterans request different locations, the VA may pull their contract someday. It is an excellent place to get your claims denied or service-connected at 0%. The evidence was there to support a service connection, but because the examiner failed to list any of my symptoms on my DBQ, I received a zero % rating."
"This Clinic and its professional personnel were very thorough throughout the entirety of my C&P Exam ensuring that they documented everything they possibly could properly. They did not rush the process and made sure I was informed on how I can further help myself in the future. Highly recommend!"
