"I was going to the horizon office which was really convenient but they changed without giving any notice and instead of looking for someone else decided to go ahead and just go to the Mesa office. After today we won’t be going back. Had to wait 40 plus minutes past my scheduled time to get my child’s vitals taken. Then the assistant asks why we’re there and I say well you guys scheduled us for a follow up. Then she asks how his medication is going and I have to explain that we are there to find out if we need medication or not hence the follow up. She then tells me all rooms are full and to go and wait outside in the lobby. Im 8 months pregnant and at this point there were no more chairs since they overbooked as many patients as they could. So I ask her will it be another 40 min or an hour? And she says she doesn’t know but at this point she’s defensive and giving me the side eye as if asking for a time frame is a crime. So I ask if she can find out and she says yeah and stares at me and I ask well how long will it take for you to find out and she says I don’t know. So I ask if she can ask the doctor and she says well the doctor is very busy due to the holidays and I say I understand but it’s not my fault you overbooked. So she says I’ll ask the doctor once she’s free and I say ok I’ll wait here until you find out. She goes and asks and the doctor doesn’t know either. You would think the doctor knows how long her visits take on average and how many people she has so she can properly book people so they don’t have unreasonable times. So I’m just told we don’t know up to you if you want to wait could be 30 min or an hour. Then I ask if the doctor can just call me to discuss the diagnosis or treatment plan and she says no you have to wait and be seen. Then I try to request records and I’m told they can’t give them to me because they don’t know much much they are until the doctor tells them. So I ask for a call back from the doctor and again they say they don’t know when the doctor will call me back. They don’t have proper waiting areas for the amount of people they book. Not enough staff to see everyone within a reasonable time. And staff was rude, defensive and didn’t seem to know anything. To pay that much for that type of treatment is really disappointing. All because the doctor wants to book as many people as they can when they don’t have the capacity for so many. Wont be going back to that office or doctor."

"Excellent doctor! Great bedside manner with my children. Very thorough and gentle with my babies. I loved her a lot. We had to change pediatricians though - her staff became very incompetent. They gave my 3 year old a flu shot twice in less than a month, all because they didn't record it the first time. My mom took her in, and since my mom didn't know if she had had one, and without them keeping record, they gave her another one. I was very angry with this. However, Dr. Nneebe as a doctor and as a person is excellent. I hope her staff is different now."

"Normally had good experiences with the pediatrician in horizon, but this past Monday's experience had me changing pediatricians for my daughter. After adding a secondary insurance for my child, the woman at the front desk told me we couldn't be seen at our 11 am appointment time. Due to the insurance we had to come back after 5. I told her never mind, just let me pay the usual copay and let my daughter be seen and she tells me it is too late and I'd have to again come back. No only is she rude and argumentative, she doesn't understand how to work the system, and she's also the medical assistant. After I lose my cool, finally the nurse practitioner comes out and she sees us anyways and states my daughter has allergies and congestion. Funny how the same pediatrician sent her 2 months ago to see an allergist and her results came back negative for allergies. Isn't that the point of medical records? I take her to see another pediatrician the next day, she is diagnosed with a respiratory infection. Stay far away from this place. They are ignorant, rude, and have no idea what is going on."
