"They will not answer the phone for hours at a time. They never return your calls when you leave a message. It becomes a problem when u want to reschedule, and you show up just to wait for an hour in awkward silence because they will ignore you until they'rereadyto take the next patient, even if its just for a question. Good doctor, Terrible staff!!"

"I tried calling last week several times, more than one day. The line rings twice and disconnects. I so needed to see the Doc. No luck. Cynthia, the Office Manager, is no longer there. That says a lot about the poor patient service. I ended up with Covid-19 and in the hospital. I was referred to my Doc. That is why I was calling. I know Raul and Melissa are no longer there either. They are not the problem. I believe the problem is that the Doctor and the PA don't genuinely care for their patients! They really don't care. I feel that way! I called Dr. Rocha's east side office! Amazing! I was treated so well from beginning to end. You need a great Doc and great staff, call Dr. Rocha's office. On a great note, Cynthia is now at Dr. Rocha's east side office! A great person has joined a great team! See ya Family Medicine of West Texas! I was still willing to be a patient. You didn't care enough for me."
