"DO NOT waste your time and bring your child here please. This is long but please read: I was recommended by a friend and although I read all the bad reviews, I still decided to give it a shot and regretted it. Yesterday my son & I arrived at 5:45 and were among the first 10 people in line when they opened at 6. We checked in and sat down and waited, and waited. I started noticing all the people before me (maybe 7) had already gone back and were starting to leave. At this point it had been an hour. Then, they started calling people who had been behind me in line (who were also walk ins) I asked the woman in front politely what order patients went back because there were people who arrived after me going back. She immediately said “They have appointments” I said no ma’am, I spoke to those people outside and know for a fact they were also walk ins. She then replied “oh your next”. I waited another 30 minutes and was talking to a father who had just walked in with his son. He asked how long I had been waiting and I replied “ An hour and a half”. To which he responded “ I better prepare for a long wait because we just got here as a walk in as well”. Fast forward another 20 minutes and the man who had arrived an hour and a half after me was called back. I then asked the woman AGAIN I thought you said we were next? And very rudely she says “there’s more than one provider” and I asked if both providers took walk ins to which she responded yes. I told her that didn’t make sense then because people who had came in before and after me were long gone. I sat there and waited yet another 30 minutes and began to cry as my 15 month old son was burning up with a fever of 103 in my lap. I got up AGAIN and told her he was burning up and needed medicine and only then was I finally called back. Once in the back, I asked the MA why it took so long. She replied she just now was handed the folder and only calls patients back when she has the folder and she would ask. She then attempted to ask an even ruder male employee with glasses also in the front, and in front of both me and the MA he rolled his eyes turned his back to us and threw his hands up and walked away. . I then asked to speak to the manager and come to find out- the rude young woman in the front was the manager and I refused to speak any further with her. WHAT A JOKE. No type of customer service whatsoever. The most rude immature, unprofessional, office I have come across. By the way, the whole time this was happening all you could hear was laughter coming from the “manager” and her little rude boyfriend who was touching her and massing her inappropriately in front of parents and children. (As a side note- the young woman medical assistant who attended us was the only professional there and needs a raise. It’s not her fault she has to deal with angry parents because of the sheer disregard of the front office) The way my son and I sat there for 2 hours with a fever of 103 and NO air conditioner is unacceptable and I would hate for it to happen to any other parent or child. I will be contacting the owners Pediatric Partners and reporting the conduct of the manager."
"If i could give 0 i would. They say they are open until 10 but they lock the doors and won't let you in at 930. The guy just stares at you from the check in window. He doesn't even have the decency to come to the door and say anything just pretends he doesn't see you standing there holding a baby. You should be ashamed of yourself."
"I went late and they helped me out, am very grateful for that, but I don't know if the operation hours are not current because I went a Saturday and they were close. They did not sent the medication to the pharmacy and I have no way of contacting them now"
"I called the clinic before going , driving all the way from horizon . I did had a lot of questions and the guy from front desk was very polite. Was In and out,even though I was prepared for long wait since I myself work at a prediatric clinic . This will definitely be my to go clinic in the weekend ."
"Got to the clinic at 6:47 and there was just 2 people before me, everyone was taken insides and left clinic while I was ignored for a whole hour. It was at 7:45 when they called me to the front to ask the reason of appt and verified DOB for my kids!! A whole hour pass while 2 receptionist and two medical assistant were the whole time talking and laughing while we were ignored!! They did not even apologize at all in fact Amber Ochoa stated it was my fault for not letting them know I was this whole time waiting!!! Besides been ignored I was treated very rude and unprofessional!!"
