"I've been seeing Dr. Thomas for about 3 years. Unfortunately, due to new protocols I don't see him often just the nurse practitioner. He is very knowledgeable and interacts appropriately. The front staff is great except for the lady who speaks rudely on the left and appointment lady upon exit on the left. Just consistently rude."

"My mother had an appointment and there was a mix up on the time and she was a lil late. Dr Williams refused to see her knowing she has her foot problem and diabetic so they rescheduled her for next month. These doctors are ok with making us wait on them but can't be sympathetic towards their patient thats elderly."

"We took my mother in law, but we we're told that walk in its only on Saturdays, the woman at the front desk was extremely rude, I was trying to explain the situation, but she kept on saying that they won't see her, because she didn't have an appointment, another lady working at the front desk was kind enough to hand us a flyer letting us know where the walk in clinic was. The management needs to seriously reconsider having this rude woman at the front desk."

"I took my mother there about one and a half months ago, then they took good care of her, they explained that they had a walk in clinic. Today my mom unfortunately found herself having to go again but this time she was told that they ARE NOT a walk in clinic. She was there since 8am and even though they have her medical records, she was told she would not be seen till 2pm . I called to explain the urgency of not having her wait that long and the receptionist stated they had "snacks". Apparently she considers just coffee a "snack""
