I have some complex medical issues and Dr. Kandpal has been great about writing referrals and staying on top of my lab results to make sure all of the parts of my body not being treated by specialists are still working. I always feel comfortable asking questions and voicing concerns. I have never felt judged or like my concerns aren’t valid. I appreciate their extended hours as well since it’s often difficult for me to take time off work."

"Front desk staff was amazing but I was laying down because I just had hydrocortisone shots in my back the previous day and at the time it was early in the morning and there were no other people in the lobby but me and my husband was being seen in the back as I’m laying down I get a text from my husband that the nurse told him not me that I needed to sit up because it’s a safety risk. For who? Idk since I was the only one waiting in the lobby. And if she didn’t think it was appropriate she should have asked me herself. Then they let in people with a chihuahua come in with no service animal tags or verification. So who is to say what a security risk is and what isn’t?"
