"Id go to this clinic again. They are very friendly & fast I was in & out in about 30 minutes. I'd give them a 10 +"
"Dr. Carreon and Dr. Baker are the best. They take time to hear you, listen to what is going on. My daughter had a bad gallbladder and ever time I took her to the ER they would tell her it was gas. I took her to Dr. Baker and she was able to order the right test and got her into surgery. I highly recommend this clinic."
"I was assigned to this clinic by Amerigroup through Medicare. It took a week, after 2 phone calls on separate days, I walked in today. Was told that Dr Cimmiron denied me as a patient. Because I have fibromyalgia, which I do NOT take any meds for anymore. I presently take one med for thyroid. Yes, I told them that. He suggested I call Texas Tech Internal Medicine. Shallowater clinic is listed as a provider who is taking new patients but apparently, you need to be perfect in your health. Yes, I filed a grievance with my insurance."
"I have been going to this clinic for about two years now. Never had any issues. In fact I actually liked my provider. Two weeks ago I went because I had an appointment for some complaints that I had. I showed up 10 minutes late, yes that was my fault, but was turned away. I was told I would have to wait two hours to be seen. Due to time constraints I had to leave and could not wait, which I would have if I had the time. Fastward 1 week I was in a mvc and that pain flared up. Prior to coming to the clinic I called an spoke to the front desk and told her why what was happening. I showed up fill my paper stating what was happening and that it was a flare up from a mvc. Waited about 30 to 40 min. Got pulled back to a room and was told I couldn't be seen. Would it not have been easier to have told me before on the phone that I would not be see again. Or when I checked in and wrote in the paper flare up / mvc? Instead of making me wait 40 min What frustratedada me is the lack of communication the front desk has with its patients."
