"i am confused how they have such a great review...go to a veterinary clinic, you will honestly get more compassion and care then you would from the people working here. they are indeed liars. i wish i could find a way to report them to a health n human service place, i had a brieched birth, then emergency cesarean within 20 minutes of being at midland memorial and they let me leave the hospital withing 48hours saying my pain management would be available...i have as of now been 24 hours of suffering with no medication accept over the counter ibuprofen... they said it was called in we went up there and no record of a prescription even being called in...they sat me on hold excusiating pain and begging for help to say go now to the pharmacy and still nothing...now i am gonna call 911 and go to the emergency cause after telling them that i guess thats the only way i will get help and they said okay if thats what u need to do...horrible horrible people. would never recommend this place in my life, if u care for yourself or your loved ones avoid this place with all certainty u will not be taken care of. please don't take my words lightly... this is no lie and is very sadd and lack of compassion is astounding."

"Don’t recommend coming here for your pregnancy. Dr Hutton and all the staff here are liars. They are very deceiving and will take advantage of you and your body. They don’t teach that pregnancy is a normal human process!!! She didn’t guide me and inform me of certain statements she made. Please be very careful and get Birth education before coming to texas tech obgyn. These doctors are liars and will tell you that you need an induction at 39 weeks for a small pelvis. Miss doctor that is NOT A MEDICAL REASON. Of course I gave in and put my trust in the Dr.Hutton and ended up with a c section/birth trauma/ptsd. The doctors here are ridiculous and as for dr.Julian if this is what you’re teaching your residents, shame on you. They have a lawsuit on their hands."

"Edited: they have fix the issue, so I am edited back and given 5 stars back. Thank you for solving my problem. Please read my reviews: Today (November 10, 2022) appointment is the worst ever. I was mistreat by front clerk about my schedule. I am high risk pt due to my miscarriages, and you can already tell how many doctors i might have seen. After all, i love Dr.Hutton because she makes me feel comfortable. Thats why I always make my appointments with her even if i have to wait for a month or longer to get appointment with her. So, today i am suppose to see with her (i have been reshedulling today appointment because i know she has bz schedule but no complain i still schedule with her) but I have totally stranger in my room today. They just give me different OB that i have never seen. I have been telling the front clerk since my 2nd pregnancy (now my 3rd pregnancy) that I only want Hutton, and even if i have to reshedule and wait for her availability, i dont mind. So, i went straight to front clerk and tell her that “i am mad because i got totally stranger OB, not Hutton, but i am suppose to see Dr.Hutton and even on my appointment card, it is Hutton, and I shedule today appointment since last month” but guess what, she told me “I cant choose OB, even in the future i may have to see any doctors that they give me even though i may have schedule with that specific doctor that I prefer”. I was shocked and so mad by her responsed. What is the point of making shedule for long time if they are just going to throw any doctor in my room? I do not understand why i can not be prefer to doctor that I want to see, why would they even making all this appoinments ahead? This does not makes sense to me at all. I feel so hurts, i could not even complain it to her? At least they should have inform me that I may see diffrent provider before my actual appointment, I may still reshedule it, or I may just see that provider. I do not know where to exactly complain about my mistreatment by front clerk, so i write review here. I will find out that front clerk name and I will edit it after i find out her name. I totally forgot to ask her name because I was so mad. I was so speechless and looking so dump about complaining about my shedule. She may not understand but to me, my fav. Provider is so important, being comfortable with dr.Hutton is very big deal as well. As high risk person, i do prefer my preference doctor, if i can not even chose my preference doctor for my check up, then I guess I just need to switch to diffrent clinic. All i want is being able to see a provider that I have been shedule with, if dr.Hutton will out of office, I still want them to inform me so i can fix about my shedule. ☹️☹️☹️"
