"I used the the SOLV app to book an appointment. When I got to the West Tex Urgent Care, the receptionist said it would be at least an hour, but they have a location that can get me right in. I told her that would be great, so she rebooked me to that location about 7 minutes away. I checked in and barely got seated when they called me back. We thoroughly discussed what was going on and tested for flu and covid, both were negative so I got a steroid shot. This couldn't have gone better!!! Oh, I forgot to mention this was on a Super Bowl Sunday."

"What a wonderful place and a great experience. From the moment I entered I felt welcomed and that my care was their primary focus. Brooklyn, who did my vitals check and gave me my shot was wonderful. Friendly and made me feel comfortable. Kristen was amazing at explaining what she thinks could be the issue and treatments. Kristen and the staff are a breath of fresh air for this region. Great job!! Hope I don't have to come back for some time, but if I do need medical assistance I know where I will be going. Top notch!! Wish I could give 10 starts."

"Everyone was very nice and accommodating and overall we had a great experience! My son was treated for a finger injury very appropriately and they treated him with compassion. I also really appreciate that the receptionist was knowledgeable about the insurance and when to collect. We have had some really poor experiences at Urgent cares in town but so far this one is our favorite! Please keep up the good work!"
