"Walked in and all 4 ladies just stared at me. We stared at each other for about 10 seconds until I finally broke the ice to say hi, I’m a new patient what do I need to do. One of the ladies said to sign in, so I signed in and sat down. I noticed there were forms on the middle table and people kept coming in and filling them out and handing them to the front ladies. I got up to ask if I was suppose to fill anything out and she said yes those forms on the table. (Three people already ahead of me while I was waiting.) Waited 40 min and just decided to leave. The place felt 3rd world, the ladies were rude, I was extremely uncomfortable and received no customer service. Also need to mention it’s immigrant infested."
