"Check in was a pain. We had to do it online, take pics of insurance cards and stuff, and then basically do it all again in person. My father had something seriously wrong with him, and they told us they were going to help, made us wait around, and then came back and told us we should go to the hospital. Why'd they make us wait???"

"Vital Care on Midland Drive has been my go to since 2019. We have visited this location more than 20x amongst my family - they are organized and efficient, the on staff nurses and dr’s have always been attentive to our needs within the parameters of what they can do in an urgent care facility. They are polite and do a great job explaining what they believe our issues may be as well as the treatment plan. I appreciate having them and the care we have received over the years."

"So we took our son in for a head cold and was looking to be treated and they kept pushing to have a flu, strep and Covid test taken which would have cost additional $150 on top of what we already paid for and they said they would not treat him without these test being completed. We feel that this place is all about squeezing as much money as possible out of you before they actually prescribe medicine and offer any kind of treatment. We said we couldn’t afford it and we ask if we could get our initial payment back and they said no. I would not recommend this place to anyone that likes to save money. There are other places I found out about here in Midland that would actually treat you without having to pay for any extra for tests."
