"Came in as a walk in was told they don't take walk-ins appointments only set an appointment for 2:00pm never saw a Dr in 4:45 what is the point in setting appointments if they don't go by the appointment time they should have just said your appointment is between 2:00 and 5:00pm I'll bet they will be quick to bill and claim there money"

"The staff front desk staff are rude and unprofessional! If it wasn't for Greg McKay always going above and beyond, I would have left this place long ago. Greg is amazing. He cares about his patients and is willing to do what it takes to make them better"

"If it weren't for Greg, and the nursing staff there in the North facility, I'd be stroked out by now. They stayed on my high BP like a loaded baked potato. Greg is good. He and his staff, are very patient oriented, and it shows. The patient coordination with referrals is excellent. I should know. All the referalls to care, surgery, and specialists have been stellar. The entire staff is excellent. Covenant Levelland North provides excellent care to the community. IMO, the best in Levelland. Walk ins are Welcome. If you are a walk in, be patient. You were lucky to get in."

"This is the worst clinic in west texas. You will waste you’re entire day just waiting to see a doctor, more than 2 hours or more. And front counter ladies are the most laziest and rude staff ive ever met. Dont waste your time. Go to Lubbock"

"I believe the woman mentioned in the previous post is named Jennifer. She is to be avoided at all costs. I went in for a pregnancy test, which I had been told several times was free of charge. When she called me up to the front desk- she asked me quite coldly if I had insurance. I am in the process of applying for medicaid so I responded no. She immediately scowls at me like I am the devil, and DEMANDS $85. Doesn't ask me, or try to keep her tone pleasant whatsoever. When I looked confused for a moment, she again said , "That will be $85 dollars, NOW* When I and one of her co-workers stated once more I was there for a pregnancy test ( which was also written in huge bold script at the top of my intake papers ) she let loose a very exasperated sigh and said, "FINE- Just go sit back down!" I stood there stunned for a moment, not able to comprehend someone acting like a spoiled toddler at her workplace! My six year old son has better social skills! The rest the folks there seemed very nice, helpful, and willing to display the Christian Values of Covenant Health System. This woman however, displayed the behavior of a discontent sadist. Very displeased with how I was treated today."
