"Very Rude Very Rude and Unprofessional Service! Front desk staff on night shift 10.04.23 Thank you for being so rude to my daughter and telling her "that's what you get" she was in pain lady amazing how people can be so mean! Also had comments to her about her last name asked her if she was not from the Levelland. I never do reviews all staff was very rude.. Guessing who ever is in charge is not taking no action to how the staff is working amazing!!!! To many terrible reviews!"

"This ER is extremely condescending and the staff is rude. From the doctors to the front staff, it’s just cringy to even go in. Never have felt cared for and listened to. Awful reputation in town, and it’s been warranted."

"The Emergency room at the hospital in Levelland Texas is a horrible ER. I took my daughter there tonight. There's was absolutely no patients in there however we set in the waiting room for 45 minutes they never called her. They was sitting on their butts waiting for us to leave. My daughter's tooth has an infection & because they don't want to do their job & help people. They let her suffer. We finally just left. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this ER has definitely earned bad reviews"

"I want to begin by saying that I HARDLY ever write a bad review. I also very rarely give a place less than 3 stars. Unfortunately, not only does Covenant I'm Levelland deserve less than 3 stars, they have demonstrated a pattern of behaviors so appallingly unprofessional and neglectful it is shocking that this place is a hospital! I also want to add that I'm sure there are a great group of folks who work here and I will, therefore, limit my critique to the members who staff the ER. About the ER: it's poorly staffed. By that I mean that the apathy is so pervasive and overt I can only assume it is part of the culture. While I said this is a pattern, I'll just share tonight's experience and let y'all decide. The evening before last my partner was working outside at the house. That night he tells me his elbow keeps cramping. Since elbows are not known as cramping hotspots, I asked him to show me. See the pictures for a look at it. At first I just noticed how swollen it was. Then today when I saw it I noticed three sets of puncture wounds. Around each set, presumably from a spider, the red area had grown out to encompass a larger section of surrounding tissue and where the bites were emerged pale white blotches. Since it was worse, we decided to go to the ER. We drove 30 miles to the nearest hospital. We registered upon arrival but they did not even ever run us through triage! They just told us to wait in the waiting room. We sat there. Sat there. Then sat some When we asked what the hold up was, the receptionist told us the nurse was making a bed and would be right over. No one ever came. After two hours, we just left. We drove another 30 miles and are now at the ER I'm Lubbock. Ok, so check out the pics and comment with your thoughts!"

"Went to ER last night with my 87 year old grandfather. He had busted a vein in his nose and had a severe nose bleed. He is on blood thinners and heart medication was complaining of being light headed. So when we arrived last night we waited 45 minutes and the doctor didn't even show he asked the nurse what the problem was didn't even see us or ask us. Just ignored us and went back to his office . No advice, no treatment!"
