"lady at front desk named emilia didn’t want to check me in, once asked about her name she admitted there was one at 11 o’clock. very rude just asked that i wanted to rule out the flu she gave me a snobby response and said that it was because of the flu shot i was given which i already knew however i never got symptoms like this which is why i wanted to get checked out. very rude and unprofessional"

"I went here in 1st of October saw Megan she was very professional and her nurse they were great and helped me with everything I had issues with I don’t run to the dr everytime I stub my toe I wait until it’s so bad and made to go but I would recommend Megan she was great and knows her stuff and when you call you go to a call center it’s not her office if someone I a room with computers is answering your call not the doctor office"

"If you are elderly and Spanish speaking. I would not recommend this place. Front desk clerk Mrs. Dee is very rude and has no customer service skills. She hung up on my elderly Dad today and blamed him for hanging up on her. I have also heard other complaints by family members. Spoke with her supervisor Maryann who right off the bat had a bad attitude always interrupted and would not listen. Obviously this is where some of her staff gets it from. I just want to mention during these times and being elderly and sick your not going to be in a good mood. It takes someone special to work with the public and if you aren’t that person. You should find a different job. My suggestion to you is, more training including yourself Mrs. Maryann."

"From check to check out was treated VERY well. I hope we don't have to go back but if we get sick again most definitely will. I highly recommend this health care facility."

"Just moved to Hobbs. Having an issue with a repaired hernia. Saw Yadira Sanchez first week of October. Had an ultrasound second week of October. Have called multiple times. It is now November 17...still waiting on results of ultrasound. Being an older person it is detrimental to our health if we have to wait 5+ weeks for test results when having an issue. See her at your own risk"
