"If you love your child you won’t send them here. I’m really surprised to not see in depth complaints but here’s mine. The place is unprofessional, unsanitary, physical fights (yes kids go to the hospital because the staff will just let it happen) kids trying to commit suicide because it’s so awful there because of the kids and staff. Kids will ruthless pick on each other like wild animals and the staff will help them too. They are put on a system to help them succeed but the rate is very low. It’s basically a babysitter for lazy parents and social workers who can’t find a foster home for kids who went through traumatic events. So you see how that mixed wouldn’t be good for anyone involved. If you send your kid here, you’re are making a big decision for the rest of that kids life and how they feel about themselves and you. Because it’s not a place to get help, it’s a place you go when you give up on a kid."

"Literally everyone I've known that's been here hated this place with a passion. I was there in an afterschool program once, they allowed me to be bullied and outcast for my mental disability by the other kids, and even hit over it. But the moment I do anything to defend myself verbal or nonverbal they try to get me expelled from my school! This place needs to be shut down, it's horrid."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff are extremely unprofessional, with how they act amongst themselves and getting residence involved in their drama. These are kids needing rehabilitation but they're put in a facility with adults whom act like middle schoolers. This is supposed to be a rehabilitation facility there shouldnt be drama!! Absolutely disgusting. Those kids deserve better staff."

"My daughter Jaci is there and she's been bullied day after day and pushed around by the other girls.she can't make a phone call with out the other girls in her conversations telling her what she needs to do or calling her a fat cow when she dressed out for swimming and the staff didn't even care about it till after she ran away because a girl threaten to stab her then they started to tend to the situation but it still has not been talking care of ther are backing her in a corner and now she's fighting back but they are. Trying to discipline her for protecting her self."

"I guess its all right. The staff are decent, and at first it seems so cool because they let you have phones, but then after about 3 months you realize only a select few of the staff members care, and all the kids do is antagonize you. Its messed up. Yeah its cool to stay there for like a week, but not in the long term."
