"I have had nothing but trouble with this office for the last few months. Dr. Sayago never put notes in my charts for all 9 of my visits on top of the incompetence to get things done in a correct or timely matter. She literally gave my new doctor nothing to go off of from my charts on each visit which has messed up my disability and now I am on the verge of losing my job for her because of incompetence I will never recommend her or this office. I was given the run around for weeks."

"The receptionist at the Hobbs NM location is so hateful every single time we go in. She violates HIPPA privacy laws by gossiping in Spanish. She never ever wears her mask and wants us to wear it. She does not need to be employed when it concerns private medical information. I would not recommend this location at all."

If you don’t want to be a receptionist get a different job. Who wants to go somewhere where you’re rude before I even step in the door. This is exactly why I hate doing anything in Hobbs. "So my first time for my appointment in Hobbs nm wasn't good at all. The doctor wasn't there no one called to reschedule the appointment. So I asked for a different doctor. It toke three months to get an appointment at this clinic. I scheduled for the new different doctor was Marva Johnson. The front desk personnel is very rude. It is hard sometimes to schedule an appointment with rude personnel in the front. But the personnel in the back nice. The doctor in the back is professional."
