"I went here in 2019-2020, I was with Eric Banagay and after about 5 appointments I never heard from him again. No one would returns my calls either. Sick to ignore people reaching out for help."
"Made an appointment with Johnny, he called me 10 minutes late and I missed the call now I have to reschedule after calling back 2 mins later. Super unprofessional."
"Counselor I was seeing Suzanne literally went MIA on me, who does that? Then I couldn’t even get the manager to return my call I am now waiting for a call from one of the partners this is the craziest situation I’ve ever heard of"
"I wish I could put zero stars. Awful receptionists, Rude and make up lies over the phone to justify hanging up on you. Johnny Casady doesn’t care much about the patient, constantly having to be reminded of important things that’s been said in past sessions, will also cuss at you over the phone if you have a complaint. One of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever been around."
"Rude receptionist . Would it kill her to act professional? I didn't arrive 45 minutes early to full out paperwork but still had it done before my appointment with time to spare and I was still seen late. Good customer service counts everywhere especially in a counseling center. Very bad impression. She couldn't even acknowledge me make eye contact or smile. I will not come back voluntarily. It takes very little effort to smile and it costs nothing to be polite. It does however cost you future return business and recommendations when you're rude. EDIT: I finally got to see the doctor. He was very nice and easy to talk to. For his excellent people skills I changed it from one star to three. If they had a better receptionist I'd probably bump it up to four stars."
