"I've heard good things about PA Otero, and I can sense he's a good man; however, his business practices are absurd. His holistic practices are par, but I do not like that I have to make separate appointments for separate issues. I was very disappointed they wouldn't tell me over the phone my son's allergy results, had to make an appointment to see/hear the results. In those days, that meant he kept eating/engaging in allergic reaction. That is money-mongering and charges me for every visit when we could have tackled in one visit. He prioritizes business over patients. And one of the front desk ladies is so rude. She must be family otherwise she should have been fired. But the other front lady is super nice."

"I know this doctor tells u to stay of the gluten things and he told me this as well, I was recently pre diagnosed with luekemia , my white blood cells keep goin up within one visit and some prescribed medication when I went to the cancer doctor in Lubbock my muted white cells were back to normal and my white blood cells were going down. I would say listen to what he says ! I was skeptical at first when he told me we’re gonna get those white blood cells down cause I tried everything except staying away from sugar and gluten."
