"Dr Merriman in Amarillo, TX has been my Dr for many many years. I have had chronic pain for 20 plus years now. I receive good care at Advanced Pain Care. Sometimes we might have someone that doesn’t mesh well with our own personality but I have rarely encountered rudeness from any of the staff. The girls up front are especially sweet and I know they have a hard job. I see the PA Cicilia right now and she is amazing. I just love her. I have recommended Advanced Pain Care and I will keep recommending them. Thank you for having me as your patient. You are all very much appreciated."

"Horrible experience with rude and uncaring staff. I had an appointment at 11:40am, with my verification voicemail which I have as proof, and waited for an hour and a half before being told I had to reschedule. I had been taken back into a room, peed in a cup, and all my vitals had been taken. My blood pressure was high because I was in severe pain and was on the last of my medicine. A rude young lady, with straight brown hair and scrubs that were too tight, came in and told me that because I was late I had to reschedule. I explained I checked in at 11:43 for my 11:40 appointment, which I have a voicemail for. She insisted my appointment was at 10:40 and didn’t want to hear or see my verifications I would have to reschedule to see Dr. Lane because my chart noted that I had to see Dr. Lane and no one else. I tryed to explain that I was the one that initiated that notation. However, she did not want to hear it. She said Dr. Lane had started another procedure and wouldn’t be able to see me. I then called my PCP and let her know that I was doing that and asked for a minute. She stood over me like I had done something wrong and after several minutes stormed out of the room leaving the door wide open. I spoke to my AWESOME PCP doctor and proceeded to leave the building. When leaving, after an hour and a half, I was asked to make another appointment. Mind you, the rude too tight scrub individual was standing behind the receptionist. I said No, I don’t need to go through this again, my PCP doctor and I are finding other options to take care of my lifelong jury needs. I will let everyone know NEVER to go here. The worst place in the world for patient care in Texas and Nevada. I have gone to Lubbock, Dallas, and Las Vegas for specialist for my injuries and have NEVER been treated as poorly as here."

"I have been dealing with some problems with my back & I have been going to see Dr. Cecilia, she is so caring and comforting that she has a way about her in that she finds what is wrong and makes a clear and decisive plan. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She is worth the visit."

"First time patient. My Wife had an appointment with Dr. Bannister for an evaluation for spine surgery. The check in was very prompt , courteous and friendly as well as the rest of the staff . No waiting once called in to the exam room. Dr. Bannister was very thorough in evaluating and recommending next steps. His assistant, Chase , was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the whole process of what we had agreed with Dr. Bannister. Also throughout the whole visit , we enjoyed his comical sense of humor and the empathy he expresses for patients in pain . Thank you Dr. Bannister, Chase and everyone else ( my apologies for not remembering everyone’s name ) !!"
