"Very nice staff - but be prepared to be on the phone a lot to get your prescriptions called in correctly the first time. This seems to be a constant and very real problem for them, and despite offering good care, they drop the ball repeatedly on this important aspect. Literally every time. And often after you call them back to remind them, it still happens. Frustrating and irritating, but it appears to be a challenge for them to get it right. Other than that, like I said - nice people."
