"I would give zero stars if I could. They installed my laminate floors. To start with, communication was non-exsisent! I would have to text or email MULTIPLE times to get a response from Cristy. The finish work was awful. Within a few months, the floors started lifting and separating. When her husband came and looked at the floors, he said to me the person who installed my floors installed theirs and they had the same problem. When I asked why he was still working for them, he ignored the question and kept talking. After some back and forth, they agreed to redo the living room, hallway and laundry room. My bedroom, at the time, seemed fine. They did not redo the laundry room as promised. I had to wait several weeks for the transition pieces and then I had to contact Cristy to find out the status. They left my house FILTHY!! They didn’t even bother sweeping the floors. The stuff they used to level the floors - which should have been done the first time - was all over my baseboard. It’s had dried and most of it never came off. August/September 2023 my bedroom floors started lifting and separating badly - as did the living room again and laundry room got worse as it was not actually redone. I reached out again asking for a refund given all the issues. Cristy said she didn’t have the money as she was now more in a consulting role. I then asked for all the floor to be replaced at no charge. She went silent again. I tired to file a complaint with the BBB but it was 2 months outside the 1 year timeframe so I couldn’t. I made one last plea for her to do something to make this right. She said she would see what could be done and I never heard from her again. I finally sent one last email saying I didn’t have the heart or strength to deal with this anymore. I paid $8,840.09 and my floors are awful and nothing I can do about it at this point. I have every text conversation and email ever sent/received so I can 1000% back up what I’m saying."
"I wish we would’ve never met Ruben at National. Unfortunately he is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Continually over promising and under delivering to the point that now we are unable to reach him. He took payment for a job that is not complete, and won’t return calls. If that sounds like someone you’d like to do business with, give him a call."
"Cristy and her team were amazing to work with! We've worked together for bathroom and kitchen remodels and they are all always to professional, punctual and easy to work with. The showroom is beautiful and its nice to have somewhere to go and see the finishes in person! Five stars!"
"We went with Cristy for our countertops in our beautiful new forever home in West Lake. With this home being the caliber it is, I have been so disappointed and mad about the low quality service that was provided. Our contractor noticed so many issues as well with the installation. At the price per sq/foot for our quartz, you expect top notch service. That is NOT the case. What is worse, she requested payment before the job was completed - so now that they have the payment, I am getting the major brush-off for getting them out here to fix their mistakes. The mistakes are too many to count in terms of the installation of our quartz. Poorly glued seams, mismatching color of glue in seams, sizing is off, some edges rounded some not. But the worst is that they used a remnant piece for my butler's pantry instead of the piece I bought. I guess they hoped I wouldn't notice. You can imagine how upset I was to find my beautiful butler's pantry with a grey counter when I PAID for high-end white. The team threw away our garbage disposal (which we had to replace) and put their trash in our yard. Ultimately I know these issues can be fixed. But I cannot get anyone to come out. This is the professionalism aspect that has been the biggest problem. I text constantly trying to get this scheduled, and I am usually clearly forgotten about or brushed off. I am at this point going with another company to fix these mistakes - which costs even more. Save yourself the headache and go with another installer."
"Save yourself a headache and do not go with Christy and her team. I've had them come out too many times to repair floors, cabinets, stone chimneys and sinks. Everything that was completed was completed in a rush and poorly done. They are friendly enough people, but you will be completely exhausted just trying to get your house right."
