"I went first just to check out the facility and the front office staff was very nice, helpful and encouraging. They don't take appointments. It's first come-first served so you need to drop off early. My baby was shaved exactly how I wanted him. His ears could have been plucked a little better and I really didn't care for the scent of the shampoo they used, but overall a good first experience."
