"They did their best to take care of my husband and I’s beloved rabbit, Ink. He unfortunately caught a terminal case of the Snuffles which heartbreakingly wore his little body down and we chose to end Ink’s suffering and put him to sleep after 2 months of repeat visits to this clinic. The vets here worked diligently to try to save Ink, listened to our concerns and let us borrow a nebulizer machine to test treatments at home. Sadly, Snuffles is very common in rabbits and is significantly hard to cure permanently. 10 years with the best bunny ever, and the vets and vet techs at Crossroads Clinic helped guide our shaking hand in walking our bunny across the rainbow bridge. They saw my husband and I at our lowest point of 2023 and helped us through our tears to plan his cremation, which went smoothly and he was returned to us within 2 weeks. They sent us a condolence card, and later we received a letter that Crossroads Clinic also donated to the local Humane Society in Woodford in honor of Ink, so in his passing, some animals without a home yet got to get more food and treats. If you’re an animal lover, you know what a gesture that is for them to go out of their way and do. The donation letter from the Woodford Humane Society sits on Ink’s memorial shelf, as well as the condolence card from Crossroads Clinic, Ink’s silver bunny shaped urn and several gifts we have that remind us of Ink. Thank you to Dr Hayley Hancock and her assisting vet tech that helped us that night, I’m sorry we didn’t ask her name in the fog of grief, but they both helped us more than you know. Thank you. This clinic is great, even though ultimately our experience didn’t end positively with Ink. Your pets are in safe hands here, the office is clean and the employees are great."

"I met all the staff and Dr.Keith today because my 3 year old beardie has a mass on her side. This Dr. Is the most heart felt amazing vet ive ever been to in my 42 years. All of my animals will now go here even though it is about 1 hour 15 mins away id never consider any other vet. The staff is comforting and amazing as well! My beardie is being babysat by them this weekend before her surgery on Monday! I have full trust in this place! They dont make true animal loving vets like this anymore! It took me 3 years to find them but I will never go anywhere else again!"

"I took my hamster (fuzzy butt) in, I was scared I would lose her. They fixed her right up and gave her what she needed. I would definitely recommend crossroads to everyone. Very nice and caring. It's not expensive either, I was very satisfied with the bill and shocked at how low it was."
