"I stopped by this store today, and Yolanda was incredibly gracious in helping me with a warranty issue. Even though my printer was outside the store's warranty, Yolanda took the time and initiative to search for my receipt and warranty records to assist me in contacting the manufacturer. She even provided me with their customer service representative's phone numbers, which I promptly called right then and there. It's truly heartening to witness that exceptional service is still a priority, and there are associates like Yolanda who take their commitment to service seriously.
