"Came in for a flu test already know what i have just needed a doctor note for work. Was refused a blanket sat in the er for 2 hours. When I asked the lady at the front if I could go get my jacket from my car. She gave me attitude and said if I go out the doors I will be put to the back of the line"

"I just dropped my husband off for no reason. They did nothing to help him what so ever. There was also no one in the DAMN ER. He was literally on the edge of passing out from being dehydration, they did not in fact give him a IV or nothing to help him rehydrate. I just came here 2 days with our 17 month old thank God for the doctor. He actually did something unlike all the other doctors that are here . And the nurses are rude as he'll. And do nothing to help you we will be filing a complaint. Go to portales if you can they actually help you and make sure your okay."

"Worst hospital!!!! Rude nurses & so called doctors!!!! My nephew went to er with 2 gunshot wounds. They did nothing. Sent him home with open wounds, thank God his mom was smart n took him to lubbock. He's getting surgery in morning."

"If i could give negative stars i would. This was a bad experience I went to the hospital complaining of agonizing leg pain they took me in they found out the problem was blood clots instead of just doing an angioplasty and blasting out the blood clots they put me on medication and said oh it's going to take up to 6 months they gave me eliquis to disolve the blood clots. But they did absolutely nothing for my pain which I was complaining about they sent me home with no pain pills no pain meds and expect me to sit in agonizing pain on the leg that I can't walk on for 6 months while I wait for the pills to work I have to drag myself to the bathroom drag myself up onto the toilet I can't feed myself I can't stand up long enough to do my dishes or cook I can't take out my trash I can't even feed my cat I cant even shop for food my leg is useless there's nothing I can do they totally ignored the fact that I was in pain. Dont dare ask for pain meds they treat you as a drug addict or a junkie. Even though my blood and urine came back negative for anything. Then I called back the next day to talk to the ER nurse and ask her why I wasn't given pain meds even the pharmacist at Walmart asked me why I didn't get pain meds he could see I was in pain and she was so rude to me and then she slammed the phone down and hung up on me I filed a complaint and grievance I'm going to definitely follow up with the lawyer. The nurse told me I had to come back in and see another doctor and incur another emergency bill that I can't afford being on disability. So I'm supposed to go back and get neglected again and mistreated. They only care about getting your insurance money not your actual well-being. If i have to live in this much pain for six months and losing the use of my leg. I will literally be dead in that six months."

"I walked in today with a bulging vein in my leg. It's sensitive and hard to the touch. It appeared out of no where and made me uncomfortable so I decided I should have a blood clot ruled out to be safe. I am currently a single mom and was unable to find a babysitter for my three children. Even though it's not my idea of a good time, I had to bring them with me. I packed a bag full of snacks, chargers and their video games. We came in and had to see all the children were being great. When the front desk told me they will not see me since I have my kids with me. I explained that all three babysitters were unable to watch them, and my husband was out of the country so I had no other choice. They told me to come back when I had a babysitter. Without even looking at my leg. I have no idea if it's life-threatening or not because they refused to see me due to being a single mother Just because I wasn't fortunate enough to have help."
