"This place is awful. My order was canceled for whatever reason and instead of one of the managers taking my order, she told me I had to go all the way around again when it was the busiest time during lunch because I was holding up the line instead of her just taking my order she wanted me to pull all the way up so she can make me go around what kind of service is that so disappointed in her not being helpful or Having the Chick-fil-A spirit would I love for always going back therefore it’s crazy made me leave in tears because I was already running behind during my lunch and they’re always quick so that’s why I go there but she made me have the worst day today if I would’ve gotten her name I wish I could But she should not be a manager"

"It's CFA, I feel like everyone already knows what they're like and what they're about. If not, then go check them out, there is very little risk. They always have great service too. My only complaint is that everyone else likes them so you typically find a lot of people there."

"This used to be the best location in town but lately that have been messing up my order horribly and this is now the second time in a row that I ordered a yogurt cup and it comes out half full. This is absolutely ridiculous and the owner should be doing something. Seems like corporate needs to get involved in all the Chick Fil As in Midland."
