"Nguyen and McClusky are the best. Been here 5 years. Haven't used Walk-in services becus appointments are generally available same day. Both take their time and answer any questions. Very empathetic and genuine. The only problem I've had is with the medical assistants not knowing how to answer questions. Delay in getting information at times or trouble getting referrals after the appointment. Sometimes it depends on who you talk to and "rules" aren't always consistent. Generally, better than most with the providers themselves being a bonus"

"Terrible!!! Changing Drs today!!! I was charged $103 for a Telemedicine visit where the Dr told me to go see him on Monday because it can’t be done over the phone. Then they tell me they are going to charge me AGAIN on Monday to visit the Dr! Robbery man, so disappointed and I have been with these guys for years, I’M DONE!"

"Came in at 10:45am and it's 1:11pm already. Me and my Daughter still waiting for the Doctor to come in to the room and see my Daughter. Customer service is not all that great when they have signs that say walk-ins are welcome. They need more customer service here.....4/16/2019 still waiting"

"I’ve been here a number of times. I’ve never had a bad experience. Tim Sayers is great. Today I saw Samuel Garcia- probably the best bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. He took time to actually listen and educate. Great place. I usually come in as a walk-in patient and they usually get me in relatively quickly."

"I love coming here I have always been treated good and gotten the help I need. Word of advice though MAKE AN APPOINTMENT they are usually very good about giving you one the very same day. Other wise you will wait hours! Another thing and they are very strict about this GET THERE 30 MIN BEFORE or else they will not take you! Everyone there is very friendly and if you want a doctor that takes his time and explains everything to you ask to see Dr. Mcklausky, he is the best."
