"Damaged products. 5 broken cups when I called they told me that they couldn’t do anything because they were about to close and I couldn’t return them the next day because they were worried that I lied. The lady told me that next time I need to check the product before buying. I always buy from this location and it’s the first time it happens to me but I was disappointed with their customer service and lack of professionalism. Customers remember to ALWAYS check everything!"

"I'm writing this for the sake of other consumers. I want everyone to know that this company does not honor their quotes. I was told that my quote from 7 weeks ago was expired and that the sink I was looking to purchase would now be $100 more. I would have understood that if it would have been written somewhere on the paper quote. It was not. I will be happy to remove this rating if the company will agree to enact a policy to put an expiration date on quotes if they plan on not honoring them in the future."
