Five Below 1959 South Hurstbourne Parkway, Louisville, KY 40220

"This store is in need of a lot of help from corporate. The ambience of the store is very dark, due to electrical issues(half of the store is lit). There is no music playing in the background throughout the store. The store is half way stocked. It’s just a dull shopping experience with subpar standards. This is the worst “Five Below” I have shopped at in Louisville and the surrounding area. This is very unfortunate, because it is a new store. I was so excited to see that they were coming to the area. I know the store is loosing sales. Please fix these issues “ASAP” I would hate to see this store close down. It’s already giving off those vibes."

"The little girl that's supposed to be a manager had no business closing the store early yesterday like she owns the store. Then wanted to be slick with the door locked talking through the glass. She needs to be demoted, the store lost a lot of money because of that. There were multiple patrons trying to get in."

"worst 5 below ever. they close at 9 and immediately when we walked in we were greeted with “we close at 9”. it was 7:55. i would understand if we had walked in at 8:55, but we didn’t and were only in there a max of 10 minutes. as we started shopping around an employee goes to the door and proceeds to lock it and is there not letting anyone in and unlocking it to let people out. as we are heading to check out an employee finally decides to say something only to loudly ask “ CASH OR CARD” and then proceeds to walk back over to the door not doing anything. as we were walking out we were let out by the employee locking the door and she had the rudest look on her face like we were inconveniencing her or something. the dress code is funny because most of the employees are wearing sweatpants and hoodies. we didn’t even realized they worked there until we were ask loudly about cash or card. sad to see this location like this because when it first opened the same employee who was yelling was the one walking around so happy to be there. it’s 3 days till Christmas did they not think they were gonna be busy? this location needs new employees asap this is ridiculous."

"Employee requested I leave a review on Google. Now I see why. Lots of unhappy customers here out of just 9 reviews at the time of writing this. Anyway, I went here for the first time the other day. Whomever pays attention, I will say this: this store looked clean and stocked well. It was much more organized than the Outer Loop location. I didn't see an employee basically off-duty with a phone in their hand like I did at the Outer Loop location either. If this location was closer to my home, I'd probably frequent it more."

"Just walked in with my daughter to look around (8:20pm Tuesday) and the female employee stated we were not allowed in the store because they were closing early and then went on to state we could go in but only had 10 minutes to shop around. She continued to loudly tell people they needed to leave at 8:30. Really hoping this isn’t the energy that remains at this location. We were really looking forward to a fun store in the shopping center. Really bummed."
