"I received excellent treatment during my time in the hospital. The nurses and doctors were excellent. Especially nurse Alessi Jenkins and Dr Kunte. Super helpful, attentive to my needs and just kind and considerate. The only negative was the time I had to spend in the emergency room but it was very busy. Everyone I had interaction with was caring and professional."

"Hello, I would like to start by saying Alazia was amazing at housekeeping. She was very detailed about what she was going to do for her cleaning and made me feel like I at home. She is very sweet, great attitude, and made sure there was nothing else I needed. I said yes if she could ask my RN to bring me more towels and she said I'll go and get them right now she changed her gloves in front of me. Wow! "This hospital was amazing. I went in with a heart scare and it ended up being a really bad kidney infection. I had to stay in hospital for a week. April 3n telemetry was one of my favorite nurses going above and beyond to ensure I was ok or had what I needed when needed with her helper ms Isabel they were the best. I definitely appreciate them more than they know"

"I fell the other day and just went in for a diagnostic request due to pain and concern. It never hurts to fully examine a patient. I understand that horses are almost always recognized more than zebras, but it never hurts to check for more. I was completely displeased with the service from this hospital. Every person in my family has had traumatic experiences at this hospital. It is the closest to my residence so it creates an inconvenience when I’m weighing the odds. This area deserves better. This will be my last time going to mission trails, and I also will make sure that my family never goes again. The higher ups must take control of the chaos that is occurring in the ER. Some of the nurses are absolutely unprofessional, talking rudely about patients within ears distance. I waited for over two hours just to be called fat and sent home. Unacceptable."

"I couldn’t have been happier with the nurse from the ICU. I have rolling veins and they had to call a nurse from the ICU to help with putting a new IV. Alexis was my nurse and I can’t say enough about her.  What a wonderful lady and so competent with her nursing skills.  I felt comfortable the minute she walked in the my room.  I was so happy to meet her and enjoyed our connection.
