"Clarissa k on 5p is one of the sweetest most caring nurses, I had a emergency procedure done, she walked me through it all, answered all my questions to her best knowledge, and gave me hopes and cheers I was going to be ok. Made me feel comfortable with my keeping up with my pain management and all my beside nurse needs. She deserves so be recognized! She shines as a nurse and has such a loving positive vibe!"

"I utilised St.Luke’s Baptist hospital and all the facilities are good, however they don’t have a billing desk at the facility and they don’t provide proper receipt for the payment. When spoke to billing desk they were very rude and said “Our hospital don’t provide receipt”. Which isn’t a way to respond. I don’t know whom to contact to get a proper receipt. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital to anyone. Please share a contact number or email address who can address my concern."

"5P. My mother had a baby. This baby has been my dream for the past 17 years, the nurses treated my baby sister super gently as well as my mom. They were always checking up on her and had a lot of patience with us, most of all because we had to translate everything to my mother. Beatriz was also very hopeful a long with all the other nurses that helped us out. Thanks to everybody I now have a beautiful and healthy baby sister."

"St Luke’s is always quick and efficient. Everyone on staff is Amazing, from the nurses to the cleaning crew. Especially Rosie, a member of the Housekeeping staff, she goes above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met, that your room is clean, and that you are having a comfortable stay. Overall, St. Luke’s is a great option if you ever need medical care."

"The staff is extremely supportive, understanding, and attentive. That's the only positives taken from this past week of visiting. Absolutely the most disgusting hospital I've even visited. Nasty elevators that are in shambles. Charging for parking. They need to overhaul or condemn the place. I wonder how this place pass inspections. It smells like piss from the garage to the rooms. I have been on 3 separate floors to visit my mother and it's gross everywhere. Was advised after a week in the hospital that my mother would be going home the following day. Then at 930pm I get a call asking if I was on my way. So I was home with my son asleep and said I would be up in the morning as I was told she was medically cleared to go. So why then, when I get here at 0815, have they not even started any paperwork to prepare her discharge and within 1.5 hrs we are still waiting. You will find that alot here. They say an MRI is being done today and then a couple days go by before they do it. They call you trying to discharge the patient at night, but have nothing ready for in the morning when you agree on the time."
