"Worst hospital. Dr.David Chang only came in there to see me once. Did not help with my pain. If I could I will give this a zero out of five. Once you get to the back, the ladies in the back are talking and surrounding each other not working. Michelle was great. I do appreciate her help."

"One of the best service provider in a convenient location. From the parking up to the treatment everything is highly appreciated. I had severe fever with unbearable pain for more than 24 hours. By the time I was leaving the ER I felt okay with no pain or fever. If you can wait for some time which is normal in every ER then you have to go to this location. Thank you for the Service."

"The ER and Business Office / Front Office staff of this hospital are awful. If you are able to get past them, the medical professionals who actually perform the procedures are great. I had a 15mm kidney stone that required surgical removal in two procedures two weeks apart. Sarah in the Business Office is rude and in my opinion, unethical. They called to collect the $2800 out of pocket for my second procedure and when I advised I didn't have it and needed to be on a payment plan, she told me the least amount she would take was $500 and I needed to provide proof to her that I paid other deductibles and that is why I didn't have the full amount. She continued to say that if I showed up for my procedure and did not pay the $500, they would not operate on me! This is a for profit hospital and the administration only care about getting their money. Stay away from this place at all cost!"

"Yes I had to go to ER BECAUSE I had a wound that was still infected with red streaks going down my leg. And the PA on duty came in and looked at my leg and said that’s all your hear for? Yes also I have numbness in my toes. He acted like it was no big deal now mind you they took blood as well because of my bruising on the arms as well. I was discharged in a matter of an hour and a half with no answers. I was there like from 7:50- 9:30 or so. I felt so humiliated now I’m having to try and see someone else because this jerk didn’t even care to hear or see what else maybe going on. Will not be back here. *NOTE: Jan 21 I have been trying to send an email to this owner , that he sent me and it doesn’t work. I am so beyond upset. Because I am still having problems and my Doctor is not able to get me in."

"Wouldn’t come here if my life depended on it! Have a better chance helping yourself. Staff here don’t care, been waiting for almost 4 hours. I’ve seen several “staff” walking around on their phone while several people are in the ER waiting for hours. I spoke with someone on staff here and he told me this is the worst it’s ever been. It’s normally a 5-8 hour wait. They have a man checking vitals on a stool that looks like he barely passed his GED. If you want no help, no info, no care, or professionalism this is your one stop shop!"
