"I believe there is a miscommunication between the staff and Attorney Misbah Chaudhry. I had heard great things about her and was misled by all the reviews but now I'm deeply disappointed with the service I received. I booked my first consultation through the phone and asked a few questions to the staff before booking it. The answers by the attorney and the staff were very misleading. 1. Can I include my siblings in the zoom meeting? Staff: Yes, you can add as many people as you want Ms Misbah (After I have paid and I'm on the call): No, you can only have 2 people on the call with me. 2. Is there a time limit to this call? Staff: No, our attorneys will answer all your questions and will not leave until you are satisfied. Ms Misbah (After I have paid and I'm on the call): We are almost at time and the call will disconnect automatically. We paid $200 and our call was for approximately 30 minutes. The meeting was scheduled for 1:00pm but we started 7-10 mins late because the attorney didn't start/add all the members waiting in the zoom lobby. The call ended at around 1:47pm. We had done our research and obviously since we are not the experts we had many questions. We wanted to make sure that we understood the situation properly, read things properly and so forth. However, Ms Misbah really doesn't listen to the person and keeps interrupting and talks a lot. No doubt, she is very knowledgeable. I have no doubts in her ability and her experience. However, it's my kind request to hear the person out, acknowledge that someone has done their research and is coming to you prepared with questions. This might be a short call for you, but for the payee it's making life changing decisions. I felt like Ms Chaudhry was in a rush, laughed at our questions that honestly came from a place of curiosity and learning. Ofcourse, we are going to an expert to understand things, but to laugh at our confusion. To taunt that we have done our research and are mixing things up. Doesn't seem professional. Obviously, we are here to clear our confusion which is why we are seeking your services. I can't imagine how they would treat us if we retained them, if they can't treat us with respect for just 30 minutes. I think Ms Misbah was annoyed by "too many questions", "too much research" or maybe our hope to find alternative ways to achieve our goal. I truly hope she doesn't treat someone like this. I hope you take this review seriously and PLEASE HEAR THE PERSON OUT. I hope you don't laugh at our confusion. I hope you and your staff can be on the same page. Please don't misinform people about the consultation details. However, I'm still thankful for your time. I do appreciate your help and all the information you provided."

"First of all, do not WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this lawyer. She wasted almost 6 years of my time. I had a faster way of receiving my greencard when we asked her about it. She said it wasn’t an option. And theres another case she just took the money and did nothing. Please don’t waste your money or time. There are great law firms."

"If there was a zero stars I would give it but unfortunately you have to give stars. All I can say is that I went to Misbah office based on the reviews in here. I had an asylum case that was transferred to immigration court and I wanted a second option and I explained everything the tiny details of my life and how I haven't seen my kids since 2016 and how I am their only provider, I also explained that I got married according to our family customs and my husband stepped daughter was a US citizen and will be 21 next year and will apply for her father. Misbah said she will represent me in court and my first lawyer advice would put me in a bad situation so my best option is for her to represent me in court for $9450 and get a work visa for another 9 to 14 thousand for EB3 visa plus $ 500 for my husband FOIA.BUT SHE DIDN'T TELL ME THAT AS A STEPMOTHER MY US citizen Stepdaughter can petition for me just like her father and biological mother.after paying around 14k to Misbah I found out that I actually have a fast straight forward path to green card with no priority date from a girl who works at an office who helps you file your immigration documents defter my husband got his green card and wanted to apply a petition for me and my children. She looked at me and said why didn't your stepmother apply for you at the same time she applied for her father. When I asked Michael first she wanted a new retainer for 4k and when I told her that you are a lawyer with 20 years of experience and you didn't know that my Stepdaughter can petition for me she said that it hard to proof marriage if it was common law marriage I asked her if she had given me the chance I would have provided thousands of pictures in messages and accounts that show our marriage. My husband now has stage 4 cancer my children grandfather is dead and they live alone in a country that they have no living relatives. She dismissed my court case ( my previous lawyer advice was to do that and requested $ 3000). Sha took 14k from me and has the Audacity to ask for more money to send evidence to the USCIS to proof my relationship with my Stepdaughter. It's been 2 years and the Labor certificate perm is no where to be seen which usually takes 9 to 12 months. I am an educated and English fluent person and she sucked my money just like a vampire sucks your blood. THE ONLY TIME THEY WERE NICE TO ME is during consultation or during payment time. I am doing my green card application by my self she had my husband and mother petition for me ($ 535 each fees for USCIS and around $2000 in fees for new green card petition fees to USCIS) I could have listened to my lawyer and dismissed my case for $3000 and applied for green card with my husband at the same office for a total of $ 2500 and I would have my greencard by now. I am currently paying for my husband medical bills and my children colleges and living expenses and have another lawyer to help me bring my children here to see their stepfather who asked his Doctor if he was going to live long enough to see his Stepdaughters. With all of this information and the amount of damage she caused she still wanted more money to fix her mistake Or incompetence. Do your research very well and take some law classes before you make my mistake."
