"I don’t know where to begin. My doctor sent orders over on 2/8 in the morning for me to receive an infusion, and someone was supposed to call. The same afternoon, my doctor’s office called back asking if I’d heard from the outpatient clinic. They had not so my doctor’s office told me I could come get the orders myself and go directly to the clinic. I came around 8:30 on 2/9 and was told I had to WAIT to schedule an appointment for ANOTHER TIME. I’ve now been waiting 40 minutes to schedule an appointment for another day. I who knows when this appointment will be. I seriously just have no words right now. I’m going to have to leave in a minute because someone had to bring me here because I AM SICK!!!"

"I've been admitted 4 times in the last 3 months due to cancer and the complications of cancer. It's scary, the nurses don't wash their hands or change gloves between patients. Also the nurses wear so much fragrance. It's difficult when you are fighting the nausea that is part of the cancer treatment. It's really inappropriate in a medical setting. The food service providers would frequently forget to bring me a meal and I was alone with no family to go get me a meal or drink. The nurses must have no resources for patients, a jello or cup of tea would have been a comfort. The worst experience was the staff in the endoscopy department. They are not compassionate in the least. It's hard to fight cancer and it's worse to be in hospital and be treated so poorly. I have an upcoming surgery and I hope to be able to get the surgery elsewhere. Prayers for anyone stuck in this facility. ."

"We took my father to the Valley Baptist Micro ER In Weslaco! we requested to have him taken to Edinburg DHR and they refused to they sent my father to this disgusting unprofessional hospital where my father LOST his life!!! You have nothing but new trainees working in the ICU without supervision!! You all sedate my father put him on a ventilator NO nurse NO doctor spoke to the family why this was being done!! My fathers machine beeping that medication was out his nurse AMY nowhere to be found and your Head Nurse DEVAN in the hallway sitting in a chair with his headphones on looking at videos!! he had no worries if code blue would be announced We want answers THIS HOSPITAL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! Nurses are dirty they don’t even clean up after themselves coffee cups in patients room, gloves in the floor needles on the floor!! The Nurses Don’t Even have the proper equipment to attend to the patient they’re asking each other to barrow each others things!!!! CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FOR Negligence is what people need to file against this hospital!! I have a lot more to say!!!! DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LOVE ONES THEY WILL KILL THEM!!!! The Doctors mislead you don’t want to speak to the family we requested 3 times to speak to the doctors and not once did they show up!!! My fathers voice will be heard his story will be told this is only the beginning!!!!! Clearly Your hospital is in violation of OSHA!!!! MY FATHER PASSED AWAY BECAUSE OF YOUR STAFFS NEGLIGENCE!!! JUSTICE FOR MY DAD IS WHAT I WANT!!!!"

"Great experience during my artery cath procedure! Dr. Neasman, Farley did a great job. Plus, nurse Jessica and nurse Shelby were very attentive and very friendly! The staff during my procedure was very professional! I was very nervous and worried about having the procedure done! But they made me feel at ease and helped me relax. Thank you everyone!"

"50/50 on whether you get an employee that’s passionate in their field and genuinely want to help. My grandma was in the ICU of the south tower for a week, i had to do her cleaning each bathroom time. She only got bathed 2 times. First time she needed to use the restroom they waited all but 11 minutes to get her a bed pan because it was a male nurse. She was on a soft diet but all foods were hard. There was an hour where her tubing wasn’t working and the nurse forgot to bring a new set of tubes. We were supposed to get two therapy nurses a day. We were lucky to get one, and they didn’t work with passion nor energy. Gave up once their was struggle. Lazy nurses. Never around doctors. Lady with blond hair at the front desk ALWAYS is rude and has an attitude in the south tower."
