"I'm VA rated 100% T&P. SAPD has documented two assaults against me by a crazy neighbor . Several agencies referred me to TxRioGrangeLegalAid for help getting a restraining order. These bureaucrats refused to help. All I asked for was a referral to an effective lawyer whom I will pay myself. Like all these phony do-gooders their only interest was in disqualifying me and explaining why they don't have to help. They don't help Veterans. They said they only help with Domestic Violence. Apparently because I'm not related to my attacker I'm insignificant."
