"He can help you thru the process like any lawyer out there I feel like he knew what the outcome was going to be and gave us hopes. When my husband went to his appointment with the immigration officer he said, you should know what I'm about to tell you. Obcourse my husband replied with no sir I don't. Well he got denied and clearly stated your lawyer set you up , laws are laws and he can't do anything but represent you and should have stopped there and not proceeded with your case because you have to go back to you county for 10 yrs. This was very Heartbreaking to separate our family so if you're looking for a lawyer do your research. Don't settle for one option."

"My main issue is the lack of communication. They say they will do something but they don’t. So you end up having to call back to remind them. I wouldn’t mind if it happened once in a while. There was one time where they made a mistake on a form and it occurred for a month and they didn’t communicate on the issue in months. There was an other instance where they said they would call me in a week and I waited 2 weeks until eventually I had to call them. I recommend going somewhere else even if it costs more. It isn’t worth it if you are left out in the dark."

"My ex-husband hired Mr Fernando back in 2014-2015 when i got arrested he was able to get me a “Visa” actually get a proofed for a “VISA” because my parents are citizens. I received a letter saying i was proof of a “Visa” that happened in November 2015 after that I didn’t heard nothing from him! I haven’t got my Visa at all I’ve been calling his office to meet up with him and ask him what’s going on why is taking so long i mean i want to know if i was proofed than I should of gotten my Visa by now I’ve been waiting for 6 years and nothing his assistant or the ladies who work at the front desk always say they’re going to call me back they never do and they are so freaking rude! Supposedly i had an appointment today at 10:45 by phone! Did they call me!? Of course not very low quality unprofessional! All they care is getting the money! I don’t recommend this attorney! The day i met him he was rude talking to me like i was some lowlife person!"
