Another florist delivered another arrangement, and it didn't come close to being beautiful as Rose Garden Florist. Plus, in 3 days, the other arrangement started losing pedals from the flowers. Almost a week after it was delivered, they were just as fresh looking as when they were delivered."

When it came time for my first Mother’s Day without my mom I told her what my mom loved as far as flowers, but didn’t know what exactly to put on the grave site. I trusted Abby and her staff. "I order two bouquets and two boutonnieres for two proms. My first bouquet was a little underwhelming for the price. It only had a little bit of purple when my dress was purple. For my second bouquet, I wanted a crimson bouquet that matched my Crimson dress, but instead, I received an all white bouquet with black tape around it, which completely didn’t match my dress and is not what we asked for. When we later contacted the store, they told us they would give us a refund but instead of refunding the money they charged us. And when we tried to call back no one was there and no one could do the refund. Overall disappointing experience and I don’t recommend."
