"Their website is deceiving and their customer service is terrible. I placed a large order of houseplants. When they arrived I was very disappointed. The quality is lacking. Most of the plants leaves are filled with holes. Two of the plants arrived with only one leaf. Two other plants arrived with half the leaves yellowing and dying off. I've sent multiple emails and messages through their website with no response and they don't have a phone number?!?! The only reason I gave them two stars is because they have some unique plants. But they're nothing like what they look like on the website."
"I ordered two colocasia that arrived a couple of weeks ago. They are not doing well. I followed the instructions, and have several other colocasia and alocasia that are doing very well, so I know how to take care of them. I emailed Brian's Botanicals with questions on what to do so the plants don't completely die. I hope I get an answer. It seems Brian's Botanicals is not good with customer service. These plants were NOT cheap."

"This place is absolutely AMAZING! If you are looking for an unusual tropical plant this is your go to place! They have everything from.your usual tropical like coconut palms, banana trees, cannas, alocasia (elephant ears) and much much more. They have a huge selection of succulents both large and small and tons of unusual plants like venus fly traps and pitcher plants. They staff, especially Brian and his wife, are so unbelievably friendly and helpful! The prices are very affordable and you will not walk away without something that will make your yard stand out from your neighbors! Walking up to this place you will forget you are in Kentucky...It's like a tropical paradise!"
