Long story short she was useless and I told her so via email of course because I only spoke to her once over the phone and she never followed up. However, she did send an invoice! I still have to pay the full ticket amount. Intuition tells me she’s racking up those retainer fees based off of pure dishonesty & unethical practice. Waste of time & money.
