"The recipient of the flowers I ordered was not home, but I thought she would be. Smits called me to make sure she was home and I told them yes. Upon notification that she was at the doctors I called Smits back. the driver was just ready to deliver them. They told me to call when she was home which I did about 2 hours later and delivery was made. The weather was 17° and I knew the flowers would not survive if left outside. They worked with me. And the flowers made it to their destination when someone was home. Very polite on the phone and the flowers were gorgeous. Would highly recommend."
