"Placed an order on ChowNow and then went to pick it up 20 minutes later. I was told that their ChowNow system wasn't working and that I could place my order there and wait 10-20 minutes. I didn't have time as I was on lunch break and had to leave and then try to contact ChowNow for a refund (still waiting to for a reply). I had ordered there in the past and the food was good. Unfortunately, if they won't get their technology in order, I won't be ordering again."
"I tried to order online using Chownow where the website directs you, got an initial email and then they cancelled after 30 minutes. No one answered the phone. Not a great experience for Howard Wang or Chownow."
