"From the moment we called The Crawlspace Ace until the moment the job was completed, we have nothing but good things to say about our experience. The consultant who initially came out was thorough in going over his findings with us. We were shocked at what he uncovered and he was very patient with us and even came out on a Sunday evening to walk through each option with us. The project got started a couple days early (which was wonderful) and both the foreman and the crew were wonderful to work with. They were at our home promptly each morning, cleaned up after themselves, and kept us in the loop with what was going on. It was a major project - not only did we need some drainage/moisture issues taken care of, but the main support beam of our house had to be replaced. The Forman walked through the house with us throughout the process to see how the work they were doing was impacting our walls, doors, and floors! We are so pleased with the results - our floors are much more level, several of the doors that wouldn’t close are closing now and our stairs are much more quiet! We will always recommend The Crawlspace Ace!"

Lafe Riggs came out to do the estimate and was very polite and professional. He made a schematic and showed me pictures of its current condition and showed us what he proposed to correct it all. We signed up and got on the schedule and waited for our date to come up. Misty Musser kept in contact with email and text as the date approached and let us know what to expect. John Kimberlin called the morning the job was starting to let us know he and his crew were on their way and what time to expect them. He gave me updates every day and showed us pics of the progress. When they were done, he showed me everything I needed to know about the sump pits, exaust fan and dehumidifier and then they hauled all the debri away. "Crawlspace Ace was an amazing company to work with! I had very extensive damage to my Crawlspace requiring a complete gutting and repair. They had to replace the main support beam and every floor joist due to water damage/ dry rot. The work was perfect. However, they went above and beyond. I currently live two states away. They moved everything that was still in the house into my garage and a few rental pods just so I didn’t have to come back and do it myself. They called daily with updates and sent progress pictures. I can’t recommend them enough. So much so, two of my friends are currently using CrawlSpace Ace for their home repairs."
