"Husband an i Stayed here for one night an it was a great experience Very clean an quiet room was big an nice , bed was comfy. Very great location close to alot of Restaurants an bussiness. Will deff stay again when visiting this area an totally recommend."

"Staff and room were great. The main issue and why i am giving a 2 star. I ordered food from Placery that is the hotels Cafe. I was told the cook decided not to show up and she shows up when she wants. The burger that i did get was cooked by the staff and was not a burger worth 15 dollars. it was worse then a McDonald's cheese burger. The bun was old and sides hard and it tasted like it was warmed up in a microwave and not a grill. On to Breakfast, when coming in the door and getting the room key. The staff gave a time for breakfast in the morning from 6:30am to 9:30am. 7am and still no breakfast. This was my first time staying at a Hyatt and not sure I will return. The small things matter when staying in a hotel when on the road."

"Great location with HEB across the street and a lake down the road. Restaurants are sparse but construction is going on in the vicinity. Room wasn't that clean though. Needed a bit more vacuuming and bug disposal. So far, I've had not-so-clean first floors in a Best Western and this Hyatt, not on any Marriotts or IHGs yet. The KennetMD bath and hair products were different and felt refreshing. Also, the are actual migs in the room for coffee instead of the typical paper cups. You can get a nice view in a room facing southwest, maybe west, depending on the floor. The free breakfast was good in that the oatmeal was made thick, but not that the scrambled eggs were clumpy. The staff were friendly and accommodating."

"Convenient area for resting the night from driving through Austin. Delicious breakfast selections included with stay. Rooms are clean and updated. Dog-friendly hotel—our recent stay (Nov 2023) the room had a masked dog odor, so if you’re sensitive to that, consider requesting a non-pet room."

"Had a great experience at this Hyatt. Staff was beyond excellent. Always helpful and had a smile on. Breakfast was easily the best I've had at any hotel (we opted to skip brunch with friends to eat at the hotel). Being able to check in and unlock the room from my phone was very convenient. Only complaints would be that the Chromecast on the TV did not always work, but was a nice feature when it did, and that the pillows were quite flat. Other than that it was clean, quiet (despite having multiple large groups at the time) and welcoming. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area."
