"Place was clean. Room was clean and spacious. Ac worked great. Limited TV channels. ROCK HARD BED. Should offer extra soft beds or mattress toppers for people with medical problems. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and wash rags. Nice deep tub. But NO HOT WATER!!! Also, seen no bugs while there. Only stay here if you like cold showers and hard beds. And no breakfast either but close to some fast food places."

"DO NOT expect a hot shower/bath!!! Luke warm water on the highest setting. Nice size room. Not long since it was renovated. Clean. Didn't see any bugs. Great a/c. The water temp is the only thing that ruined this stay."

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! My husband and I first walked into our room and there were stains all over the bed, bugs crawling around and it smelled AWFUL. We were there for maybe less than 45 minutes, to figure out what we were going to do. There was no way we could sleep in there. We went to the front desk to check out and ask for a refund. The guy (said his name was Gon or Don) that was working there would not get a supervisor for me to speak to. When I asked for a receipt he gave us a registration paper not a receipt. He lied and told us we were in the room for “a couple hours already” so he couldn’t give us a refund. We weren’t even in the Houston area 2 hours ago. So he lied about that so he didn’t have to give us a refund, then proceeded to give any other excuse on why he couldn’t. calling back to speak to a supervisor tomorrow. Found a room at Comfort Inn for a cheaper rate and much nicer. Would recommend there instead."

"DO NOT I repeat do not stay at this hotel! The front desk people are absolutely rude. She verbally attacked me because THEY let my dog out of the room while we was gone. Then refused to give me another room key after they changed the key. While my dog was stuck in the room.When arriving the rooms were disgusting, TV screen is shattered, bathroom sink leaked while washing hands. There was what looked like a huge spit wad stuck on the ceiling. They threw away all of the plastic food containers we had washed and set out to dry. When asked about it they said we could go dig them out of the dumpster. They told me I had to call the cops to get back into my room. Absolutely horrible service and rooms in general."

"We had three full size beds in our room. Looked nice. Bathroom door knob was broken. Some of the outlets didn’t work and the door to the room doesn’t safely lock for the night time! They pre charged us for the room. Then when we got there we had to pay again. When we checked out we got the money back for the first charge but having yo pay $800 out of pocket unexpectedly is not something many people can do. I do not recommend this hotel especially if you have kids. There was people out at the pool until 4 a.m. Then some lady got beat up in one of the rooms. It was terrible."
