"AVOID THIS PLACE. Despite that last year they installed the incorrect pool, I decided to schedule my pool opening with L&W. A huge factor was because my pool is under warranty with them. They have so far ruined two events of mine. Horrible. I scheduled a pool opening for May 6th. Here it is May 27th and my pool STILL isn't opened after countless promises to be out here the next day over and over again. It was always some excuse. There is no reason why in 3 weeks my pool isnt open. I was supposed to have an after school party when school let out, not to mention it's going to be Memorial Weekend. L&W POOLS DOES NOT CARE. I was MORE than understanding there was a couple day delay. I figured that could happen which is why I scheduled well in advance, on May 6th. They came out on May 11th and took the cover off. That's it. They said that they would be back that Friday. They didn't come. I called and they said they would come that Monday. They didn't. I called, they said Tuesday. Still nothing. Etc etc etc. They came out again on Tuesday the 24th to tell me my GFI was bad. Something I could've learned weeks later had they turned the pool on. It was fixed the same day. Yet here we are on the 27th, and all they did was come and backwash for maybe 3 minutes. Considering I already did that, useless. I told them I already shocked it and that pool was cloudy. You think they did anything to fix it? NOPE. There is no excuse for this. I have been more than patient. The weather has been great. Not to mention, they never call to say that they aren't coming. They just don't show. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABD MAKE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE."

"PLEASE do not give these people your business. They are the worst. Idk how they have any good reviews. Customer service is horrendous. Quality work and product is a joke. They are never on time. They do not call when they say they will. And if they tell you a part will be in next week, expect to wait months. They will show up at your house unannounced to fix a problem that the said they’d fix weeks ago, so you better hope you’re home or you’ll be waiting again. I can’t even fit everything they did wrong in this review. Just know they do a horrible job and waste all of you time and money. Would NOT recommend."
